The client is responsible for safe and sound unpacking and the company declines any responsibility for damages caused by improper unpacking.

Complaints/Return Good: Any complaint based on defective goods or their failure to conform to the Order must be effected in writing and accompanied by sufficient proof no later than 8 ( eight ) days from the receipt of each shipment or, in the event of faults or defects which are not easy to recognize, no later than 8 ( eight ) days from the related discovery. Any complaint must be accompanied by all the documentation necessary to prove the existence of the defect. The return of the goods, irrespective of the reason for the same, will not be accepted if without the prior written consent of BIANCOBIANCO HOME, LLC and if not accompanied by all original labels, if any, including all parts and accessories.

The warranty provided by BIANCOBIANCO HOME, LLC will be limited to either the return of the price in exchange for the return of the goods or, at BIANCOBIANCO’s unchallengeable discretion, the replacement of the Product to which the above-mentioned warranty applies. Each and every cost related to the transport for the return or replacement of the defective goods will be exclusively borne by the Customer.

7. Inspection and Acceptance: Any request of photographic documentation of the ordered produts must be communicated upon confirmation of the order. If it is requested when the items have been packed or ready for the shipping, BIANCO BIANCO HOME, LLC will have the right to charge for any cost

8. Changing of Products: BIANCOBIANCO HOME, LLC reserved the right to t he produc ts at a ny tim e an d witho ut notic e, f or techinical-producti on reason.

9. Special Requests for Modifications to Standard Products: Modifications of some products are possibile only if explicitly approved in writing, with a minimum increase of 30% of the price. Generally speaking, cost and delivery are considered and extimated case by case.

10. Products Quality: Any differences in color tons, grain, cross section, etc., from the pricelist shall not be considered a non-comformity or defect.

11. Material Samples: Colours and details of fabric and leather sample have to be considered indicative, as it is techinically impossibile to keep the same tonality. Moreover, eventual leather imperfections are normal as characteristics of the quality of the leather itself.

12. Warranty: The products respond to the best manufacturing practice and they are free from any defects for a period of 24 months from the day of the delivery. The warranty is considered when used in standard conditions, but it is excluded in case of improper use, bad maintenance or in case of damages not due to BIANCOBIANCO’s fault.

13. Payments: Payments shall be made in accordance with terms and conditions of the proforma invoice issued by BIANCOBIANCO HOME, LLC.

14. Technical Property of Products: All our products are coceived, designed, developed and manifactured by BIANCOBIANCO HOME, LLC, for this reason it is expressly forbidden from using the intellectual property rights owned by BIANCOBIANCO HOME, LLC for promotional/advertising purposes without BIANCOBIANCO’s prior written consent. The Parties acknowledge that any acts of reproduction or imitation of the Products, design, models and/or trademarks by the Customer, whether in whole or in part or directly or indirectly, will be forbidden and will constitute, interalia, an act of unfair competition.
